The Manhattan Transition Committee, a sub-committee of the Manhattan Developmental Disabilities Council, deals with issues relating to the transition of persons with developmental disabilities from the Dept.of Education system, where they “age out” at age 21, to the adult service system.

Meetings: Second Wednesday of each month, 9:30am-noon.
